Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bravo Sports. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Cricket bats must not have been knocked in or oiled. Protective equipment must not show signs of use. Personalised or customised items cannot be refunded unless they arrive defective.

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification at each step of the process.

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned after the 7-day window but within 14 days (subject to a 15% restocking fee), items not in original condition or missing components, or items returned without original packaging. Bravo Sports reserves the right to determine the condition of returned items.

We offer free exchanges for items of equal value. If you need a different size, colour, or model, contact our support team and we will arrange the exchange. For items of different value, the price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: inner protective gear (abdominal guards, chest guards) once packaging is opened, used cricket balls, personalised or custom-made equipment, gift cards, and items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will cover all return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
