Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order to start a return or replacement.

Pack & Ship

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.

Step 3

Receive Refund or Replacement

Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, or a replacement will be shipped immediately.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Cricket bats, helmets, and protective gear must have all tags attached.
Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Sale items can be returned for store credit only.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at INFO@BRAVOSPORTS.QA or call +974 3377 1616. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement at no additional cost.
