By accessing and using the Bravo Sports website (bravosports.qa / bravotrading.qa), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
2.Products and Services
Bravo Trading W.L.L operates both a cricket academy and an online retail store for cricket equipment and accessories. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. Prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are subject to change without notice.
3.Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
4.Academy Enrolment
Enrolment in Bravo Sports cricket programmes is subject to availability and age requirements. Programme fees must be paid in advance. Cancellation of programme enrolment must be made at least 7 days before the programme start date for a full refund. Bravo Sports reserves the right to modify programme schedules, coaches, and content as necessary.
5.Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bravo Trading W.L.L and is protected by Qatar and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
6.Limitation of Liability
Bravo Trading W.L.L shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
7.Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction.
