Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Qatar Time) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest depot for 7 days. After 7 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.

Large or Heavy Items

Cricket kits, bowling machines, and other large items may require special delivery arrangements. Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window. Additional charges may apply for items requiring special handling.
